About the event
Calling all Michigan drone industry manufacturers to join a focused working group discussion on how we strengthen and grow the state’s UAS ecosystem. This conversation will explore ways industry, government, and research partners can better align around manufacturing, supply chains, workforce development, and commercialization opportunities that position Michigan as a national leader in drone innovation. We will also explore what each other need to build all levels of supply chain in Michigan.
Date: Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, 9am-12pm. Lunch provided for those who wish to stay and network.

What to expect: Expect a candid, no-fluff conversation where manufacturers can have an honest, sometimes messy discussion about the real challenges and opportunities facing Michigan’s drone industry. The goal is a transparent deep dive into supply chains, partnerships, and available resources, with the intent that every participant walks away with actionable ideas and connections to strengthen both their business and Michigan’s broader UAS ecosystem.
